Task Focus:

• Willingness travel in- and outside of Japan for Japanese OEMS

• Responsible for projects and preparation of technical solutions for customers
• Technical understanding for our products and strategic negotiating skills
• Providing pre-sales demonstrations and product education, and after-sales support services
• Calculating client quotations, negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Regular reports to the HQ in Germany and Japan

We are looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for the following area: Romania.

Main Tasks

The job candidate (m/f/d) is responsible for the sales support of customers in the automotive industry and their suppliers in his region with the technical focus on body construction and the associated activities for all products of the TÜNKERS Group.

These include in particular:

• Supporting all relevant contacts at existing customers and acquiring new customers across the entire product range
• Manage negotiations involving the international sales network of the individual companies (key accounts and country specialists)
• Managing sales projects from the quotation phase through to implementation
• Developing and coordinating offer specifications for the customer with the relevant product management and pricing processes
• Intensive cooperation with the product management, service, sales administration and project management
• Identifying and defining innovation priorities in the product areas and informing product management about them, continuously developing a trusting and target-oriented customer/supplier relationship
• Developing and conducting workshops and regional or customer trade fairs
• Conducting market and competition analyses
• Representing the company at trade fairs and exhibitions as a qualified contact person

Ihr Aufgabenschwerpunkt

• Aktive Mitarbeit beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss Einzelabschluss und Konzern
• Durchführung der Monatsläufe im SAP
• Sonstige Finanzbuchhaltungsarbeiten u.a. Weiterbelastungen an Tochtergesellschaften, Dauerbuchungen, kalkulatorische Kosten etc.

• Vertretung bei Vorbereitung und Meldung der tschechischen UST-Zahlen an ausländischen Steuerberater // Intrastatmeldung für Tschechien
• Vertretung bei begleitenden Tätigkeiten bei den nicht operativen TÜNKERS Gesellschaften, insbesondere Abstimmung mit den externen Steuerberatern

• Unterstützende Arbeiten beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss
• Abwicklung vom nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehr der TÜNKERS Gruppe auf diversen IT-Plattformen

• Begleitende Tätigkeiten bei den nicht operativen TÜNKERS Gesellschaften, insbesondere Abstimmung mit den externen Steuerberatern
• Vorbereitung und Meldung der tschechischen UST-Zahlen an ausländischen Steuerberater / Intrastatmeldung für Tschechien
• Vertretung: behördliche Statistiken / Intrastatmeldung (Eingang)
• Vertretung : Sonstige Finanzbuchhaltungsarbeiten u.a. Weiterbelastungen an Tochtergesellschaften, Dauerbuchungen, kalkulatorische Kosten etc.

Für die Regionen Stuttgart & Leipzig suchen wir ab sofort einen Technischen Vertriebsaußendienstmitarbeiter zur Erweiterung unseres Vertriebsnetzwerks (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Qualifizierte Betreuung und Beratung bestehender Kunden – darunter namhafte OEMs – sowie Akquise von Neukunden aus dem Maschinen- und Anlagenbau sowie der Automobilzulieferindustrie
• Koordination von Projektaufgaben für die Firma TÜNKERS innerhalb der Firmengruppe TÜNKERS und Abstimmung mit den einzelnen Tochtergesellschaften und deren Produkten
• Weiterentwicklung und Akquise von Kunden innerhalb des Vertriebsgebietes und deren Koordination mit den Vertriebs- und Abwicklungsaufgaben der TÜNKERS-Gruppe
• Durch Ihre technische Affinität fungieren Sie als Berater und vertrauensvoller Partner für unsere Kunden
• Sie agieren nah am Markt, erkennen zusätzliche Bedarfe und Potenziale und sorgen damit für eine optimale Platzierung der breiten Produktpalette
• Sie führen Kundengespräche sowie Verhandlungen und begleiten die Projekte bis hin zur Auftragsabwicklung
• Sie berichten direkt an die Vertriebsleitung, führen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und unterstützen bei der Entwicklung neuer Vertriebsstrategien
• Im Rahmen von Workshops und Hausmessen sind Sie darüber hinaus für die Produktpräsentation und Schulungen verantwortlich
